After years of loyal service, Edenred Belgium deemed it relevant to start the development of a new application to replace the old one. The project was massive and handled by an external partner: two years of development, thousands of emails, meetings, change requests, user testing... We couldn’t afford to make mistakes, as MyEdenred remains our primary touchpoint with our users and clients, with over 1.7 million beneficiaries. It is one of the most used Belgian applications on a daily basis.

"My role was to monitor the progress of our partner for the UX/UI aspects: presenting user tests, validating screens, and overseeing branding. Later on, I took over the entire project for the development of new screens, particularly for the two-factor authentication section, in collaboration with our partner, Itsme.

This project remains, to this day, my biggest in terms of responsibilities, as its impact was enormous. Progress wasn’t always easy, but I grew, learned, and overcame many challenges thanks to the support of professional and caring colleagues.
